New skills = new lives.
Coming to CAMME, many young adults choose to pursue vocational training, focusing on skills that will enable them to support themselves in the future.
In partnership with the Congolese government, CAMME’s training programs are certified by the Ministries of Youth and Social Affairs. Upon completion of the program, participants receive certification as skilled trade workers, enabling them to practice their new skills professionally.
Working with highly-trained professionals in their fields, children study agriculture, photography, and sewing/clothing design. Many participate in CAMME-organized internships, and go on to work in locally-owned fields, workshops, and studios.
